DHS Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE)

BlueWater is leading High Performance teams that are presently performing a full range of O&M solutions across DHS to include all but two component Agencies. The services being performed include the management and application of people, processes, and technologies being deployed to develop, deliver and sustain systems within the DHS enterprise. BlueWater is performing the highest levels of service and providing outstanding systems availability. Competencies include data center, help desk and field support services (e.g., desk-side support and LAN administration), network and security operations, and collaboration services (e.g., e-mail, voice, and video services). Services range from maintaining and upgrading individual pieces of hardware and software to full managed-service solutions.

Functional areas 

BlueWater through its subsidiary, BlueWater Technology Solutions, LLC., is the managing member and technical lead of Aerient, LLC, a small business Joint Venture (JV) awardee in FC 2 – Tier 1; operations and maintenance (O&M). BlueWater has built the experience and professional capacity to perform services that comprise the full set of development and O&M requirements for DHS and its Agencies through managing and performing on $100 Million in task order awards.
