Aerient is an LLC that was formed specifically for the Department of Homeland Security’s Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge (EAGLE) Program and is composed of three small businesses: Avineon, Inc.; BlueWater Technology Solutions; and IntelliDyne, LLC. Aerient, LLC provides the full range of IT operations and maintenance (O&M) solutions, processes, and procedures necessary to sustain systems within the DHS enterprise at the highest levels of service and availability. These include data center, help desk, and field support services (e.g.desk-side support and LAN administration), network and security operations, and collaboration services (e.g. email, voice, and video services). Our services range from maintaining and upgrading individual pieces of hardware and software to fully managed enterprise service solutions. By combining the resources of three successful federal government contractors, we have created a small business with breadth, depth, and demonstrated experience to support the DHS mission.
Allied Management and Technical Solutions, LLC is a joint venture that is composed of leading IT small business enterprises. BlueWater Federal Solutions, an 8(m) woman-owned small business is the managing member and is supported by IMTAS, a Small Business, Itility, a veteran-owned small business, and Delta Resources, a small business enterprise. Combined these companies provide clients with expertise and experience in a broad range of IT services and solutions including system design, development, integration and implementation; software design, development and implementation, and O&M services.
Formed in 2005, BlueWater Technology is a Joint Venture comprised of two small businesses: BlueWater Federal Solutions, Inc and Innovative Management and Technology Approaches (IMTAS). BlueWater offers a significant history of delivering complex IT support requirements- Systems, Software, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) - across numerous Federal agencies, including many DHS components. BlueWater is a member of the Aerient JV which in 2006 was awarded one of the DHS Small Business prime contracts to provide IT support services through the EAGLE contract. To date, DHS has awarded Aerient 15 complex TOs funded at roughly $100M. BlueWater is the Aerient managing member and performs all key program management and infrastructure functions for the EAGLE contract. We are responsible for ensuring that Aerient delivers for DHS, and using our credentials, BlueWater brings the people, process and technology...all built and aligned to DHS's needs for transformation.
